What does value mean to you?
We believe value is perceived differently by each person and often even in different circumstances. It varies whether it is a client, partner, teammate, or external stakeholder. It could be budget, schedule, a specific outcome, trustworthiness, communication, relationship, or some combination of those.
Our job is to figure out what is valuable to the people we work with as we help find solutions to problems usually in the context of land development and the built environment.

Husband. Father. Friend. I still have my TI-89 calculator. Avid reader, but only if audiobooks and podcasts count. Way past my prime, injury-prone athlete. But I still play. Amateur kombucha brewer. Super Tecmo Bowl is the best video game ever made. Introvert with extroverted tendencies, and always open for conversations to build new relationships and further existing relationships.
What does value mean to me?
To me, value means helping other people to solve problems or overcoming obstacles to achieve the outcomes they desire.

I'm fiercely dedicated to my family – a husband blessed with an amazing marriage and a proud father of four children.
